My bro @artbyzekox stopped by with some chunky jewelry he bought elsewhere and wanted me to anodize! We anodized the horseshoe with spikes to pink and the second one with beads he let me play around with, I did pink as the base color on the bar, purple on the beads, then I went in with a paintbrush connected to my anodizer and did purple stripes! Not gonna lie I’ve never played around it and done that so that was COOL AF I also did pokadots on the other side lol but didn’t get a good picture. Super frickin dope if anyone ever wants me to anodize jewelry for them please let me!!🥸

Then, if you swipe to the second slide you’ll see the hidden helix also freshly done with a simple anodized disc to heal in and once healed the goal is some fun dangly chains! What a fun setup I loved this ear🥳

This was a disappointing case of a piercer not giving a shit about the outcome of a piercing and looking for a quick buck😒. Two weeks ago a shop down the road did a surface piercing on a minor USING A CURVED BARBELL. Absolutely despicable. We know better it is 2026. Please do your research on who we let pierce our bodies friends. Thankfully she took the piercing out a few hours after the botch job, but this scarring could have been much worse if she hadn’t. We as piercers need to hold ourselves more accountable, I would never put something in someone I don’t think would safely last. I’m not looking for an extra buck, I’m looking to adorn your temple with something safe, and long lasting. And with a mindset like that is what will really get you an extra buck, because clients will have great experiences and keep coming back. I won’t rant anymore sorry. But this pissed me off. Anyways she is now rocking a proper surface bar in a more suitable placement🥰. Swipe to the last side to see the old piercing scars:(

A beautifully healed conch I did in June! We are 9 months in on this baby and we downsized it one more time today. We did a downsize at our initial downsize checkup in the beginning of the healing phase. And after everything was all said and done 9 months later it had a little extra space that was saying it needed one more downsize🥰
